BOOK NEWS

This page is typically devoted to showcasing items in progress on my work table...but in this particular case, it also includes what IS NOT on the table any longer!

I'm thrilled to say that after almost two years in the making, the manuscript was handed off to the wonderful folks at Kalmbach.  I am deeply grateful for my editors patience with me (you want another extension?) and for the support of my family and friends through the entire process.  It's been a labor of love, absolutely...but I admit I heaved a great sigh of relief when I got to "...and they lived happily ever after. The End."  :grin:

NEWSLETTER

One of my (many!) 2011 resolutions is to be more reliable with my newsletter mailings. NEW WORK 

A project I'm working on has pushed me in a direction I'm having great fun with - combining repurposed items with imprinted polymer for unique jewelry.  I'm so drawn to the idea of using items in ways they were never meant to be used.  Add in a little hammering, a little riveting...what could be cooler?!
