HONEY I'M HOME!!
I had the most amazing time in Israel (thanks to
host & hostess Moti,& Eti, to my wonderful volunteer tourist guides
and to the best students ever!) and I feel that I have made lifetime
friends in that historically amazing country. Shown below are
1) attendees from one of the workshops 2) amazing host & cook Moti,
his charming son Iz and Iz's lovely girlfriend Nitsan and 3) my
fabulous hostess Eti. I miss them all and would go back for a
visit in a heartbeat!
Shortly after returning
from Israel it was on to the ever popular Bead & Button show in
Milwaukee, where I enjoyed
teaching as well as staffing a booth in the marketplace.
Last but not least, I
packed up the car and headed to gorgeous Lake Tahoe for the third
annual PolyPalooza retreat, sponsored by
SHOP OPEN ~ SORT OF Talk about procrastination! Seems like I've been busy with special orders, donation pieces and flat-out playing with new ideas...getting new pieces photographed and listed in the shop has taken a lower priority lately. So I have given myself the goal of listing at least five new pieces a week for the month of July. I'll probably be lucky to get five pieces listed for the entire month <grin>...but a girl's gotta have goals.
HAPPY SUMMER CLAYING!
